Waterlogging hotspots under close monitoring

Meanwhile, police officials are coordinating with GHMC, HYDRAA, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, and the Electricity Department.
The departments are jointly monitoring low-lying and flood-prone areas across the city.
Further, officials are keeping a close watch on locations that frequently experience waterlogging during heavy rain.
Sajjanar urged residents to avoid venturing outdoors unless absolutely necessary during intense rainfall.
He also advised citizens to remain alert near open manholes and electricity poles.
Additionally, the Commissioner appealed to the public to follow safety precautions and cooperate with authorities during adverse weather conditions.
