DIG Joel Davis reviews policing in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district

Hyderabad: DIG Joel Davis chaired a Yadadri police review meeting to assess crime control, law and order, road safety and public security measures in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.

District Superintendent of Police Akshansh Yadav, IPS, led the proceedings, which were attended by Additional SPs, DSPs, Circle Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors and other district police officers.

The meeting included a comprehensive review of crime prevention strategies and the overall law and order situation across the district. Officials also discussed measures to strengthen policing and improve public safety.

Yadadri police review meeting focuses on surveillance and road safety

During the Yadadri police review meeting, officials identified accident-prone blackspot locations and discussed measures to improve road safety. They also reviewed plans to strengthen the district’s CCTV surveillance network.

The meeting further examined security arrangements at the Yadadri Devasthanam, including preparations for VIP bandobust. Officials also reviewed the functioning of Bharosa Centres and measures to curb cybercrime.

DIG Joel Davis instructed officers to improve traffic management and crime detection by installing advanced AI-enabled cameras along major highways. The review concluded with directions to enhance policing through technology-driven monitoring and coordinated enforcement.
