Hyderabad: BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on the Revanth government over paddy procurement, alleged land scams and the handling of a POCSO case.
Addressing a media conference at Telangana Bhavan, KTR alleged that the Revanth government had completely failed to protect farmers’ interests.
He claimed procurement centres were not lifting paddy stocks on time, forcing farmers to stage protests across Telangana.
KTR said the government had not completed even 35 per cent procurement.
However, he accused ministers of falsely claiming that 50 per cent procurement had already been completed.
He challenged Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to visit any village and prove that 80 per cent procurement had taken place.

KTR alleged that the issue surfaced during an ACB investigation.

He alleged that the accused was protected for nine days before arrest.
KTR questioned why police delayed action despite allegations involving a minor girl.
