Gadari Kishore Kumar levels fresh allegations against Revanth Reddy over Bhu Bharati

Hyderabad: BRS leader and former MLA Gadari Kishore Kumar renewed Bhu Bharati allegations against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He accused the Congress government of corruption in land approvals and demanded answers over alleged irregularities in the portal.

Speaking at Telangana Bhavan, Gadari alleged that corruption had spread across the government’s functioning. He also questioned whether the Chief Minister was running a government or a circus.

According to the former MLA, the previous BRS government introduced the Dharani portal to protect land ownership and curb illegal transactions. He alleged that replacing Dharani with Bhu Bharati had triggered fresh irregularities. Gadari asked the government to identify those responsible for the alleged scam.

Bhu Bharati allegations focus on land approvals

The former MLA claimed Revanth Reddy had spent two decades in politics but lacked administrative experience after becoming Chief Minister. He also accused the government of using the Bhu Bharati portal to facilitate illegal land transactions.

Gadari claimed officials approved around 4,500 applications without public knowledge. According to him, authorities cleared 80 names in Siddipet district’s Kukunoorpally. He further alleged that officials approved some land conversion requests in Rangareddy district without receiving applications. The former MLA questioned how those approvals took place.

The BRS leader also alleged that authorities placed nearly one crore acres under the prohibited list. He claimed private lands in Rangareddy district were among them. Gadari alleged that people were negotiating deals involving those properties.

Referring to remarks he claimed a Congress MLA had made, Gadari alleged that officials altered Bhu Bharati records after collecting commissions. He also claimed Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy was holding talks with the BJP, but he did not provide evidence.

Finally, Gadari made allegations against the Chief Minister’s family over Bhu Bharati approvals. He did not provide evidence to support those claims.
