Hyderabad: Minister for IT and Industries D. Sridhar Babu reviewed the Bahadurpally–Kompally road widening project at Dulapally and directed officials to expedite pending works to meet the prescribed deadlines.
The inspection was attended by the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) Commissioner, the District Collector, the Zonal Commissioner and officials from CMC, HMDA, TGSPDCL, the Forest Department and other line departments. Further, Sridhar Babu instructed all departments to work in close coordination and complete the project on schedule.
He directed officials to complete the shifting of electrical poles along the forest stretch by August 15. He also asked them to complete the road widening works in the forest stretch by September 30.
Sridhar Babu sets project deadlines
The Minister instructed officials to expedite land acquisition in Dulapally and Bahadurpally villages to avoid delays. Meanwhile, he directed HMDA to submit the storm water drain proposal to the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation for examination and necessary action.
Accordingly, Sridhar Babu stressed the importance of coordination among all departments. He instructed officials to adhere to the stipulated timelines and ensure the timely completion of the road widening project.
