Hyderabad: Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu laid the foundation stones for several Uppal infrastructure projects aimed at improving civic amenities and strengthening urban infrastructure in the constituency.
The Minister inaugurated development works at multiple locations, including the Bhajrang Vyayamshala at Ramanthapur, storm water drains, cement concrete roads, footpaths, a Multi Sports Arena and bus stop infrastructure at Uppal Bhagayath.
The projects also include road and drainage improvement works at Bodrai–Chilkanagar and major storm water drainage and road infrastructure works at Cherlapally.
Uppal infrastructure projects target civic amenities
The development works are expected to strengthen urban infrastructure, improve drainage systems and enhance road connectivity across the constituency. The projects will also upgrade public facilities and improve the quality of life for residents through better civic infrastructure and recreational amenities.

District Collector and Magistrate of Medchal–Malkajgiri Mikkilineni Manu Choudary, IAS, attended the programme along with Municipal Corporation Commissioner T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, IAS.
Uppal Zonal Commissioner Radhika Gupta, IAS, Keesara Division RDO, the Municipal Corporation Chief Engineer, the Deputy Commissioner of Uppal, the Executive Engineer, public representatives and senior officials also participated in the event.
