Hyderabad: The Karimnagar District Collector directed officials to verify Karimnagar Praja Vani applications at the field level and ensure their speedy disposal during the Praja Vani programme held at the Collectorate Auditorium.
A total of 250 applications were received from members of the public during Monday’s grievance redressal session. The Collector instructed officials to accord priority to every pending representation and resolve grievances without delay.
Several applications were addressed on the spot, while the remaining petitions were forwarded to the concerned departments for further examination and necessary action. The Collector stressed the importance of prompt follow-up to improve public service delivery.
Karimnagar Praja Vani receives 250 applications
The Collector directed officials to closely monitor pending grievances and clear them on priority after field-level verification wherever required. The administration said the objective of the Praja Vani programme is to provide citizens with a direct platform to present their concerns before district authorities.
Additional Collectors and other district officials participated in the programme and received representations from the public to facilitate timely action.
