Osman Nagar auction sees strong demand across plots

The Osman Nagar auction recorded a weighted average of ₹48.6 crore per acre. Meanwhile, officials said the response reflected robust price discovery and competitive bidding.

Authorities attributed the demand to the location’s proximity to the Outer Ring Road, Neopolis, Financial District, and major IT hubs. In addition, multi-use zoning increased the appeal for residential and integrated developments.

TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K Shashanka said the outcome reflects investor confidence in Hyderabad’s growth. Further, he credited the government’s policy framework and transparent processes for the strong response.

He acknowledged the support of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu. Additionally, he commended the TGIIC team, JLL, and MSTC for conducting the auction process.

Overall, officials said the results highlight growing investor trust and position Telangana as a key destination for large-scale investments.
