Collector reviews PM visit arrangements in Rangareddy

Hyderabad: Rangareddy District In-charge Collector Manu Choudhary directed officials to ensure foolproof PM visit arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit on May 10.

He issued the directions during a review meeting held on Tuesday. The meeting took place at the Integrated District Offices Complex.

The Collector conducted the meeting with Additional Collectors Chandra Reddy and Kiranmayi. He reviewed the preparedness of departments for the Prime Minister’s visit.

PM visit arrangements reviewed

The Collector instructed officials to discharge their duties responsibly. He said they must ensure error-free PM visit arrangement across the district.

He emphasised that no lapses should occur during the visit. Therefore, he asked all departments to follow assigned responsibilities strictly.

Further, he directed officials to complete all arrangements in coordination. He said each department must act with accountability.

Officials from police, electricity, and transport departments attended the meeting. Food safety and other department officials also participated.

The Collector reiterated the need for close coordination among departments. He said this would ensure smooth PM visit arrangements in Hyderabad and Rangareddy districts.

He also advised officials to remain alert and avoid any mistakes. Meanwhile, senior district officers reviewed key logistical aspects.

District Revenue Officer Sangeeta and other officials attended the meeting. They discussed preparations and implementation plans.
