KTR urges students to draw inspiration from PV Narasimha Rao

Hyderabad: BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao urged students to take inspiration from PV Narasimha Rao and strive for excellence in education and public life during a visit to Swami Ramananda Tirtha Memorial School in Begumpet on Thursday.

KTR distributed notebooks and school bags to students at the institution. He also inaugurated a mid-day meal programme organised under the Talasani Trust and later joined students for lunch.

Addressing the gathering, KTR said PV Narasimha Rao remained an inspiration for generations through his achievements and intellectual contributions. He noted that the former Prime Minister had mastered 16 languages and earned recognition both nationally and internationally.

Meanwhile, KTR urged students to follow the path shown by PV Narasimha Rao and set ambitious goals for their future. He said dedication, knowledge and hard work could help them achieve success in life.

The BRS leader also recalled the Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme introduced in Telangana in 2023 under the leadership of former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. He highlighted various initiatives undertaken by the previous government in the education sector.

Further, KTR said similar programmes aimed at student welfare and educational development would continue to receive support in the future. He stressed the importance of providing quality education and nutritious food to children.

“Every moment spent with children brings joy. Society has a responsibility to provide students with quality education and proper nutrition,” he said.

KTR also assured support for the construction of additional classrooms and a modern library at the school. He commended former minister and MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav for supporting educational activities and student welfare initiatives.

In addition, he praised MLC Surabhi Vani Devi for her continued efforts towards the development of the institution and its educational programmes.
