Little Hope Trust summer camps promote reading and creativity

Hyderabad: Little Hope Trust inaugurated the “Storybooks Summer Camps” and Children’s Creative Exhibitions at Adarsha Tuition Centres to promote reading habits and creativity among children.

Organisers said the Little Hope Trust summer camps were designed to improve imagination, creativity and self-confidence through books and educational activities.

Children displayed clay models, maps, drawings and handmade artworks during the exhibition. The exhibits received appreciation from visitors and guests attending the event.

As part of the initiative, Little Hope Trust established 44 libraries across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to improve children’s access to quality books.

“A good book in a child’s hand can transform the way of thinking. Positive thoughts shape a better future because our thoughts build our lives,” organiser Manikonda Jones said.

The Trust thanked Sri Ram Sudana Garu, Dr. Shiva Jasti Garu and Dr. C.V. Prasad Garu for extending financial support to the programme.

Organisers also expressed gratitude to Bloom With Books and Learn & Help for supporting the initiative.

Little Hope Trust summer camps focus on child development

Pavithra VS, teacher and volunteer at Manchi Pustakam, attended the programme as chief guest. She distributed books and stationery to children participating in the camps.

She encouraged students to continue their education with dedication and confidence.

The programme was organised under the leadership of Sujatha, Telangana Coordinator of Little Hope Trust.

Activities conducted during the Little Hope Trust summer camps included karate training, games, storytelling sessions, reading activities, creative workshops and personality development programmes.

During the event, Dondapati Samuel Pradeep and his children distributed stationery kits to 50 children. Organisers appreciated their contribution towards child welfare initiatives.

The programme concluded with the message: “Let us brighten the future of children through books.”
