Hyderabad: Joint Commissioner of Police Sunpreet Singh conducted a field inspection across key junctions in the Balanagar Traffic Police Station limits to review Cyberabad traffic management and strengthen road safety measures. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic-II) Sheshadrini Reddy and ACP Giriprasad accompanied him during the inspection on Tuesday.
The officers visited Narsapur X Road, Fathenagar Flyover, Deen Dayal Nagar Nala and Bharat Nagar. They assessed traffic congestion, reviewed existing traffic management arrangements and examined measures to improve commuter convenience and mobility.
The inspection also focused on identifying operational challenges and improving traffic flow at busy locations. Furthermore, the officers evaluated road safety measures to support safer travel for motorists and pedestrians.
Cyberabad traffic management inspection extends to police station
Later, Sunpreet Singh visited the Balanagar Traffic Police Station and inspected station records. He also reviewed infrastructure, administrative arrangements and interacted with police personnel.
The Joint Commissioner issued directions to strengthen traffic management, improve enforcement and enhance public service delivery. Additionally, he instructed officials to continue regular field inspections and adopt proactive policing to ensure smoother traffic movement across the commissionerate.
