Hyderabad: The Telangana government announced that students can access Telangana SSC results through the Mee Seva WhatsApp platform from 2.30 pm on Wednesday.
The Electronic Service Delivery department introduced the facility to help students and parents check results from home. Officials said the system would also reduce website traffic issues.
Students who appeared for the SSC examinations can receive results instantly through the official Mee Seva WhatsApp number 8096958096.
The government launched the service in coordination with the Telangana Board of Secondary Education. As a result, students can directly access digital mark memos on mobile phones.
Telangana SSC results accessible through WhatsApp
To access Telangana SSC results, students must save the number 8096958096 as MeeSeva Telangana on their mobile phones.
They should then send a “Hi” message through WhatsApp and type “SSC Result”.
After selecting the Open Service option, students must enter their hall ticket number. Once students submit the details, the system sends the marks memo through WhatsApp.
Officials described the initiative as a major step toward paperless and queue-free public services for students and parents.
Meanwhile, the Mee Seva WhatsApp and chatbot platform has been expanding digital services under the leadership of IT and Electronics Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu.
The platform started operations on November 18, 2025. Since then, it has received strong public response across Telangana.
Officials said citizens widely use services such as birth certificates, income certificates, police challans, electricity bill payments and encumbrance certificates. In addition, many students use the platform for CET hall ticket downloads and Intermediate results.
Officials said the addition of SSC results further expanded the reach of digital citizen services in Telangana.
