Hyderabad: Telangana’s flagship digital citizen service platform MeeSeva recorded its highest-ever daily MeeSeva transactions, processing 2,20,172 requests in a single day, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu said.
The Minister said the platform achieved the milestone on July 31. Moreover, he credited continuous service expansion, technology upgrades, improved system performance and the addition of new citizen services for the achievement.
Sridhar Babu said MeeSeva usually handles between 70,000 and 80,000 transactions each day. However, it crossed 2.20 lakh transactions on the record day. He said the increase reflected growing public confidence in the government’s digital governance initiatives.
Meanwhile, Family Card applications generated the highest number of requests. Transport Department services ranked second, while Income Certificate applications emerged as the third most-used service.
