Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to clear pending Telangana projects expeditiously.

Addressing a programme at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Revanth Reddy requested the Prime Minister to hold a special review meeting on pending proposals concerning Telangana.

In addition, the Chief Minister referred to the proposed 12-lane express highway connecting Hyderabad and Machilipatnam.

Seeking the Prime Minister’s intervention, Revanth Reddy appealed for faster approvals to accelerate Telangana’s development.

He further recalled that former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had supported the Gujarat development model during Narendra Modi’s tenure as Chief Minister.

Likewise, Revanth Reddy urged Modi to extend similar support for Telangana’s development over the next decade.

The Chief Minister said Telangana people expected the Prime Minister to approve all pending development projects related to the State.

He also praised Modi for unveiling the “Viksit Bharat 2047” vision to transform India into a developed nation.
