Hyderabad: Hyderabad Police seized a luxury car and registered a case against its owner after a minor was found driving the vehicle on the Outer Ring Road (ORR).
The action followed complaints that a minor boy was driving an MG Cyberster on the Rajendranagar stretch of the ORR.
A video showing the child driving the luxury car surfaced on social media and quickly went viral. Several users shared the footage and alerted the authorities.

Meanwhile, traffic police examined the viral video and verified the information.
Subsequently, officials formed a special team to trace the vehicle and identify its owner.
The team tracked down the car and seized it. Police also booked the owner for allegedly allowing a minor to drive the vehicle.
Officials said such incidents pose a serious threat to road safety and can endanger both the child and other motorists.
Further, traffic police urged parents and vehicle owners not to allow minors to operate vehicles under any circumstances.
They warned that authorities would continue taking strict action against those who violate traffic and road safety regulations.
