Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Home Guards Cooperative Credit Society conducted its first general body meeting at the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate under the chairmanship of Administrative DCP T Annapurna.
Officials said the society aimed to strengthen the financial security and welfare of Home Guards personnel. They added that the organisation was functioning transparently and focusing on welfare initiatives for members.
The cooperative body became the first such organisation formed in the state for Home Guards personnel. During the meeting, members discussed several resolutions related to financial support and welfare measures.
Cyberabad Home Guards society focuses on welfare
Officials stated that Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr M Ramesh guided the society’s activities and supported its functioning.
DCP Sanjeev, Additional DCPs Rehman and Shameer, along with other officials, attended the programme.
The meeting reviewed the society’s activities and discussed measures aimed at improving support systems for Home Guards personnel in the commissionerate.
