Sultan Bazar Police trace accused through technical evidence
Police registered Crime No. 224/2026 under Section 306 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita after receiving the complaint.
Technical evidence and credible intelligence helped investigators trace the accused to the Shadnagar Bus Stand, where they arrested him.
Investigators said the accused committed the theft because of financial distress and resentment over what he believed was inadequate compensation from his employer.
Police said the accused had previous involvement in serious offences, including murder, theft and escape from judicial custody. Senior officers of the Khairatabad Zone supervised the investigation. Officers seized the recovered property as part of the investigation.
