Hyderabad: Government Chief Whip in the Legislative Council Patnam Mahender Reddy said Future City would emerge as a global investment destination and strengthen Telangana’s position on the world map.
He said the Praja Palana Pragathi Pranalika programme was helping the government implement welfare schemes while directly understanding public issues.
Patnam Mahender Reddy attended a district-level programme on Friday at the Integrated District Offices Complex in Ranga Reddy district under the 99-day Praja Palana action plan.
Before the meeting, he inaugurated a free medical camp and participated in a blood pressure check-up along with members of the public. The programme began with the Telangana State Anthem and the reading of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s message.
Addressing the gathering, Mahender Reddy said the government was moving ahead with development and welfare as its main priorities. He added that the Praja Palana programme aimed to solve public issues through participatory governance.
