Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board rejected reports claiming disruption of water supply at NIMS Hospital and said hospital operations continued normally.
In an official clarification, HMWSSB said drinking water continued to reach the hospital without interruption.
Officials said the board supplied water through a dedicated 300 mm feeder line connected from the Banjara Hills GLSR. They added that two separate 100 mm bulk connections inside the campus linked to independent sumps ensured continuous flow.

HMWSSB said it maintained uninterrupted drinking water access to the hospital throughout the year. Officials also said the board was not carrying out any valve operations affecting supply.
The board said reservoir levels at Banjara Hills remained adequate.
Officials clarified that NIMS authorities handled internal distribution, usage and operational management inside the hospital premises.
HMWSSB reiterated that there was no interruption in drinking water access to the hospital. The board advised citizens to rely only on verified official information.
