Hyderabad: ACB officials conducted searches at the residence of HMWSSB General Manager S. L. Kumar in Red Hills in connection with a disproportionate assets case. Simultaneously, officials carried out raids at eight locations linked to his relatives in Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Nizamabad districts.
During the searches at Kumar’s residence in Mallapur, ACB officials seized Rs 1.10 crore in cash. They also recovered around 1.5 kilograms of gold ornaments and 2.5 kilograms of silver articles.
Officials identified three acres of agricultural land in Nizamabad during the investigation. In addition, they detected six open plots in Hyderabad and three flats in a gated community.

ACB officials seized documents related to the identified properties and are currently examining them. Investigators are also collecting details from Kumar regarding the assets recovered during the searches.
Officials said they would disclose complete details after concluding the raids and verification process.
