Hyderabad: Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) officials reviewed Kokapet civic issues during an interaction with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and residents under the One Ward Every Day initiative.
The CMC Commissioner, the Serilingampally Zonal Commissioner, the Narsingi Deputy Commissioner and other officials met residents. They reviewed civic problems and local development needs in Kokapet Ward.
Kokapet civic issues discussed with residents
Residents raised concerns about roads, stormwater drains, waterlogging and drinking water supply. They also highlighted sanitation, waste collection, mosquito control, streetlights and electricity-related issues.
In addition, residents discussed traffic congestion, parking, wrong-side driving, street dog management and construction waste. They also raised property tax, mutation services and road connectivity in the Kokapet–Neopolis corridor.
The CMC Commissioner directed the concerned departments to conduct field inspections. Furthermore, he instructed officials to coordinate with the respective agencies. They will continue monitoring progress until they resolve the identified civic issues.
