According to the BRS, the protest will express solidarity with students affected by the NEET issue in Delhi. The party also condemned the alleged lathi-charge by central police forces on students who held peaceful demonstrations.

The BRS opposed attempts to portray protesting students as anti-national elements. It demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The party also asked the Central government to take responsibility for the conduct of the NEET examination.

The protest will also highlight issues affecting unemployed youth in Telangana. The BRS criticised the handling of the Group-I recruitment process. It also questioned the government’s failure to provide unemployment allowance.

Further, the party accused the Congress government of delaying the release of a job calendar. It also alleged that the government had failed to fulfil its promise of filling two lakh jobs. Dasoju Sravan urged students, youth and unemployed people to attend the protest in large numbers.
