Hitler remarks row sparks fresh political exchange

According to the minister, Revanth Reddy spoke about administrative decisiveness and execution speed. He said the Chief Minister was not endorsing any ideology associated with Adolf Hitler.

Further, Sridhar Babu said the remarks related to the need for strong administrative resolve. He linked them to efforts to protect lakes and water bodies from encroachment.

Meanwhile, he maintained that the comments focused on governance and enforcement through HYDRAA.

The minister also criticised BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao. He alleged that KTR commented on the issue without understanding the full context of the discussion.

He accused opposition leaders of creating controversy around the Chief Minister’s comments. According to him, they were attempting to derive political mileage from the issue.

However, the minister said the government’s priority remained the protection of lakes, ponds and other public assets from encroachment.
