Hyderabad: A mechanic was killed after a lorry collided with his motorcycle near Warangal Cross Road in Edulapuram Municipality on Friday. The victim died on the spot after falling under the heavy vehicle in the lorry-bike collision.
The accident occurred near Belief Hospital on the Warangal Cross Road bypass. The deceased was identified as Gopi, a resident of Namavaram village. He was working as a mechanic at a local showroom.
According to eyewitnesses, Gopi was riding a Unicorn motorcycle and was crossing a turning when a lorry coming from the Nayudupeta side hit his vehicle. The impact threw him under the lorry, resulting in his instant death.

Police rushed to the accident spot after receiving information about the incident. They shifted the body for further legal formalities and launched an investigation into the lorry-bike collision.
