Hyderabad: A car fire disrupted traffic after a moving vehicle caught flames near Shamshabad on NH-44.
The incident occurred on Wednesday night on the city outskirts. According to reports, the driver noticed smoke inside the vehicle and immediately stopped the car.
Soon after, flames engulfed the vehicle, creating panic among commuters. As a result, traffic movement came to a standstill on the busy highway.

Police rushed to the spot after receiving information and alerted the fire department. Subsequently, a fire tender arrived and extinguished the flames.
Officials suspect a short circuit caused the fire. However, they are examining the exact reason behind the incident.
