Hyderabad: Several IAS officers assume charge in new roles across the Telangana Secretariat and district administrations, following recent government postings and transfers.
G. Mukunda Reddy took charge as Special Secretary of Information and Public Relations at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat on Sunday. At the same time, M. Dana Kishore assumed office as Special Chief Secretary for Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, and Rural Water Supply departments.
Officials said Dana Kishore would also continue to hold an additional charge as Special Chief Secretary to the Governor. Meanwhile, Harichandana Dasari took charge as Secretary to the Government in the Labour, Employment, Training and Factories department at the Secretariat.
IAS officers assume charge at district-level postings
Priyanka Ala assumed charge as Hyderabad District Collector, succeeding Harichandana Dasari, who was transferred to the Secretariat. Officials said the transition was part of a routine administrative reshuffle.
Similarly, Bhorkade Hemant Sahadeva Rao took charge as the new District Collector of Mulugu at the district collectorate.
The postings mark a fresh round of administrative changes aimed at strengthening governance and ensuring continuity in key departments and district administrations across Telangana.
