Harish Rao said private hospitals stopped Aarogyasri services because the government failed to clear bills. He alleged that fee reimbursement bills were withheld, forcing some colleges to shut down.

He claimed that unemployment allowance, job calendar, and recruitment notifications all stopped under Congress rule. “According to him, lack of funds severely affected sanitation in villages, with garbage tractors unable to operate due to a shortage of diesel.”

The BRS leader also said the government failed to deliver on farm loan waivers, crop bonuses, and support for agricultural labourers. He added that even urea supply to farmers faced disruption.

“After 22 months of Congress misrule, welfare shut down, development shut down, and every sector collapsed. People are fed up with this incapable and careless administration,” Harish Rao wrote. He predicted that voters would soon teach the ruling party a lesson and “shut down the Congress drama.”
