Hyderabad: The Commissioner of Cyberabad Municipal Corporation on Wednesday reviewed the performance of Quthbullapur Zone and directed officials to ensure time-bound execution of works and improved citizen service delivery.
The zonal review meeting was held with participation from Zonal Commissioners, heads of departments, deputy commissioners, and other officials. The Commissioner assessed progress across departments and set clear deadlines.
Quthbullapur zone review focuses on civic delivery
The Commissioner directed officials to ensure time-bound and quality disposal of public grievances. He stressed that improving citizen service delivery must remain a priority.
He also instructed departments to achieve revenue targets within stipulated timelines. Moreover, he called for faster processing of building permissions to avoid delays.
Officials were asked to fast-track engineering works, including roads, drains, footpaths, and park development. The Commissioner emphasised accountability in execution and adherence to quality standards.
He also directed steps for development and protection of open spaces and parks. In addition, he ordered intensified mosquito control measures and strict implementation of Friday Dry Day.
The Commissioner reviewed ongoing works and instructed officials to speed up execution. He stressed that all departments must work with clear timelines and accountability to improve overall service delivery.
