The Minister received petitions directly from people who attended the programme. He then spoke to the concerned officials over the phone and sought immediate action on the complaints.

Ponnam Prabhakar said the government aimed to resolve public problems through a responsive grievance system. Therefore, he asked departments to examine every petition carefully and provide relief to eligible applicants.

Several petitioners raised land-related disputes during the programme. Others sought sanction of Indiramma houses and allotment of double-bedroom homes.
