Kavitha demands justice for Nerella victims, seeks action on pending case

Hyderabad: Telangana Rakshana Sena president Kalvakuntla Kavitha demanded immediate action to deliver justice to Nerella victims.

She accused both the Congress and BJP of failing to ensure accountability despite raising the issue politically.

Kavitha met the victims at the Telangana Rakshana Sena office in Banjara Hills on Saturday.

During the meeting, the victims shared their experiences.

They also expressed disappointment over the lack of progress in the case.

Kavitha urged the state government to speed up legal proceedings.

She also asked the Advocate General to pursue the case aggressively.

The Telangana Rakshana Sena chief said authorities must ensure punishment for those responsible.

Meanwhile, she demanded the release of inquiry reports prepared by the National SC Commission and the Telangana SC Commission.

The victims appealed for continued support in their fight for justice.

During the meeting, Nerella victim Penta Banayya donated Rs 10,000 to the Telangana Rakshana Sena.

He handed over the contribution to Kavitha.

Banayya said he hoped the party would continue fighting on behalf of the victims.

Kavitha reiterated her support for the affected families.

She said the issue should remain in focus until the victims receive justice.
