Chinna Reddy unveils Adilabad Prajavani report

Hyderabad: CM Prajavani in-charge and State Planning Commission Vice Chairman G. Chinna Reddy unveiled the Prajavani pilot project report on the implementation of the grievance redressal programme in Adilabad district at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan on Tuesday.

Speaking after unveiling the Prajavani pilot project report, Chinna Reddy said progressive thinking could help officials understand the root causes of public grievances and resolve them effectively.

CM Prajavani State Nodal Officer Divya Devarajan and organisers also participated in the programme.

Prajavani pilot project focuses on grievance resolution

Addressing the gathering, Chinna Reddy said officials and staff should respond positively to people approaching Prajavani with different problems. He added that such an approach would help bring satisfaction to petitioners.

The Prajavani in-charge stated that the State government had already expanded the programme from state and district levels to division-level administration. Meanwhile, he said the government was also considering extending Prajavani services to the mandal level in the future.

Chinna Reddy further stated that officials in the CM Prajavani programme were resolving public grievances patiently and systematically.

Apart from Divya Devarajan, organisers Harsha, Anandita, Abhishek and Akhil attended the programme. Prajavani officials Rakesh Reddy, Jagan, Sahadev and Sai also participated in the event.
