BRSV stages protest over NEET UG paper leak

Hyderabad: BRSV leaders staged a protest near Lok Bhavan in Hyderabad against the NEET UG paper leak.

BRSV State president Gellu Srinivas Yadav accused the Central government of failing to protect students’ future.

He alleged that the BJP government pushed the future of nearly 24 lakh students across the country into uncertainty.

Gellu Srinivas Yadav also criticised the National Testing Agency for failing in the conduct of the examination.

NEET UG paper leak draws criticism from BRSV

Speaking during the protest, Gellu Srinivas Yadav questioned whether paper leaks were the reward for students who studied day and night for competitive examinations.

He alleged that BJP-ruled states had become centres for repeated paper leak incidents.

The BRSV leader accused authorities of ignoring the recommendations of the Radhakrishnan Committee.

He also alleged that authorities avoided online examinations for financial gain.

Gellu Srinivas Yadav demanded immediate resignation of the NTA Director General and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on moral grounds.

He said commercialising education and playing with students’ lives was unacceptable.

The BRSV leader demanded strict punishment for those involved in the paper leak case.

He also urged authorities to announce fresh examination dates immediately without disturbing the academic calendar.
