Hyderabad: Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vinay Krishna Reddy conducted an Uppal circle inspection and reviewed civic issues and public welfare measures in Habsiguda and surrounding areas.
During a visit to Sneha Nagar Park, he interacted with senior citizens and assessed maintenance conditions. Residents raised concerns about park upkeep, timely fund release, gym repairs, and the need for gravel on walking tracks. They also requested senior citizen ID cards to access welfare benefits, including free health check-ups.
Following the interaction, he directed officials to resolve issues at the Senior Citizen Day Care Center. He asked them to maintain cleanliness and ensure proper seating arrangements.
Uppal circle inspection reviews mosquito control and SHG activities
Meanwhile, he reviewed self-help group processes, including member transfers and onboarding into new groups. He also interacted with the entomology team to examine mosquito breeding points in Uppal.
Officials identified larval presence at Ramanthapur Chinna Cheruvu. They discussed control measures, including the use of gambusia fish.
In addition, he inspected trade licenses at commercial establishments to ensure compliance. He also interacted with SAT auto drivers and addressed their concerns, while urging responsible civic participation.
