Hyderabad: Six people died and two others were critically injured in a Suryapet bus accident near Dwarkunta in Kodad mandal, prompting Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy to order better treatment for the injured.
The accident occurred when a private travels bus collided with a container near Dwarkunta in Suryapet district. Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy expressed deep shock over the deaths.
He conveyed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the crash. The minister also assured the bereaved families that the State government would extend all possible support.

Apart from the six deaths, two people sustained critical injuries in the collision. Komatireddy directed the authorities concerned to ensure immediate and better medical treatment for all injured passengers.
He asked officials to continuously monitor the condition of those undergoing treatment in hospitals. Moreover, the minister instructed the authorities to ensure that the injured received the best possible medical care.
