Hyderabad: Two men sustained severe injuries in a road accident involving two motorcycles on National Highway 167 near Gangapur in Jadcherla mandal on Saturday evening.
Collision near Lalitambika Ashram leaves two critical
According to police, the collision occurred near Lalitambika Ashram on NH-167. The injured have been identified as Satyanarayana from Tangelapalli village and Ramakrishna from Midgil mandal. Both suffered serious injuries and were rushed to the district government hospital in an ambulance.
Emergency technician Shivakumar Reddy of the 108 ambulance service handed over ₹5,400 in cash and two mobile phones recovered from the victims to the hospital staff.
Doctors monitoring victims’ condition
District hospital doctors confirmed that both men remain in critical condition and are undergoing intensive treatment. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the circumstances leading to the crash.
