Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy condemned the rejection of the Meenakshi Natarajan nomination for the Rajya Sabha. He alleged that the BJP in Madhya Pradesh orchestrated a conspiracy behind the development.
In a statement, the Chief Minister said the incident followed what he described as “Vote Chori” and “SIR.” He accused the BJP of now resorting to “Seat Chori.”

Revanth Reddy termed the rejection of the Meenakshi Natarajan nomination an assault on democratic values.
He alleged that the authorities were suppressing the voices of the people. Moreover, he described the development as a dark day for Indian democracy.
The Chief Minister said all citizens should condemn the incident. He also urged people to stand in support of democratic principles.
Revanth Reddy asserted that the Congress party would continue its fight for justice.
“We will fight for justice,” the Chief Minister said.
Furthermore, he said the party would continue to oppose actions that it considered undemocratic.
The remarks intensified the political confrontation between the Congress and the BJP over electoral and parliamentary processes.
