Hyderabad: BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) demanded Dharmendra Pradhan resignation over repeated examination irregularities and accused the BJP-led Union government of betraying students and unemployed youth. He also alleged that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was shielding the Centre by diverting public attention from its failures. KTR made the remarks while addressing a gathering of students and youth at Indira Park on Friday.
According to KTR, the large turnout reflected growing anger over the Union government’s handling of issues affecting young people. He cited the NEET paper leak and the alleged crackdown on student protests as key concerns.
Further, KTR said the voice of India’s youth could not be silenced through force or intimidation. He asserted that every attempt to suppress democratic dissent would only strengthen the movement.

Meanwhile, KTR reiterated his demand for Dharmendra Pradhan resignation. He held the Union Education Minister morally responsible for repeated examination irregularities and the Centre’s failure to safeguard students’ interests.
He also urged the Union government to hold meaningful talks with agitating students instead of resorting to repression and intimidation.
Moreover, KTR alleged that the BJP government had betrayed the aspirations of millions of students and unemployed youth. He claimed the Centre had refused to accept responsibility for repeated examination irregularities.
Further, he alleged that those demanding accountability were being targeted instead of those responsible for the failures.
Turning his criticism towards the Telangana government, KTR accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of failing to lead a united fight against the Centre on an issue affecting students across the country. Instead, he alleged that the Chief Minister had targeted the BRS for political gain.
According to KTR, Revanth Reddy had adopted double standards by avoiding direct confrontation with the BJP while attempting to divert public attention through attacks on the opposition.
Finally, KTR called on students and youth to remain united and continue their democratic struggle. He said the fight was for justice, accountability and the future of India’s youth.
