Eatala Rajender pays tribute to Kargil heroes during Mann Ki Baat programme

Hyderabad: BJP MP Eatala Rajender paid tribute to soldiers who laid down their lives during the Kargil War while attending the 136th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat programme in Secunderabad on Sunday.

Rajender joined BJP Telangana president N Ramchander Rao and members of the BJP Ex-Servicemen’s Wing at Tivoli Gardens to watch the monthly radio programme. He later said the sacrifices made by soldiers in defending the nation were beyond measure and deserved the country’s enduring respect.

The MP said every citizen should remember the ideals for which Kargil War heroes made the supreme sacrifice. He added that the nation must keep their aspirations alive and continue to honour their commitment to protecting the country.

Additionally, Rajender expressed gratitude to soldiers serving along the country’s borders. He said the nation saluted their dedication and unwavering service in safeguarding India’s security.

He also remembered the martyrs of the Kargil War and said India would always stand firmly with soldiers and their families. The programme was observed across the country as part of the Prime Minister’s monthly outreach initiative.
