Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police have lined up 294 abandoned or unclaimed vehicles at Moinabad Police Station grounds for auction, pending a six-month window for owners or financiers to come forward.
Authorities have set a six-month deadline for claimants to approach the Cyberabad Commissioner of Police with valid proof. If no claims are received within this period, the vehicles will be auctioned under Section 6(2) and 7 of the Cyberabad (Metropolitan Area) Police Act, 2004, read with Sections 39, 40, and 41 of the Hyderabad City Police Act.
