Hyderabad: The Telangana Rakshana Sena asked party cadres to organise TRS flag festivals across Telangana from May 20 to June 20 to expand the party’s ideological reach to the village level. The programme will cover the state capital, district centres, constituencies, mandals and villages.
Party leaders said cadres should conduct the month-long campaign extensively in every locality. They also directed workers to explain the policies announced at the party’s formation meeting and spread awareness about the Panchajanya principles among the public.
Meanwhile, the leadership instructed party workers to raise their voice on several issues affecting Telangana. Along with state-level matters, local units will also respond to regional problems and launch agitations wherever required.
TRS flag festivals to mobilise grassroots workers
During the campaign, party workers will reach out to every section of society and strengthen public contact programmes. The leadership also urged cadres to work with active volunteers who show commitment and social responsibility.
In addition, the party asked workers to fight on public issues with dedicated local activists. Leaders said the organisation should build a politically aware and strong people’s movement across Telangana for future public struggles.
