Hyderabad: Telangana IT and Industries Minister and Manthani MLA Duddilla Sridhar Babu will tour the Manthani constituency on Wednesday to inaugurate multiple development projects across Ramagiri and Manthani.
Minister to launch IKP center, school works, and housing units
At 12 p.m., Sridhar Babu will inaugurate a new Indira Kranthi Pathakam (IKP) paddy procurement center at Begampet village in Ramagiri mandal. He will also lay the foundation stone for additional classrooms and repair works in 17 schools under DMFT funding, worth ₹3.43 crore.
In Manthani Municipality, the minister will open a newly built synthetic shuttle court at the Government Junior College grounds, constructed at a cost of ₹44 lakh. At the DREAMS Start Rise office under T-Works, he will distribute English-to-Telugu books and T-Works material to 100 students.
The minister will also launch a new paddy procurement center at Pochammavada under the PAX Manthani initiative. At Adavi Somanpalli village, he will participate in a housewarming ceremony for 40 completed Indiramma housing units out of the 228 sanctioned under the Indiramma Pilot Project.
Further, Sridhar Babu will lay the foundation stone for a ₹3.05 crore new substation in Adavi Somanpalli. In Malhar Rao Vallamkunta village, he will hand over prizes to winners of a cricket tournament. He also plans to visit and console families affected by recent incidents in Manthani town, according to a statement from his aide Akula Chandrasekhar.
