Hyderabad: The government has opened SIR help desks at 16 locations across Hyderabad to simplify the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. The centres will help voters fill out enumeration forms correctly and resolve registration-related queries.
Officials set up the SIR help desks at GHMC municipal offices and other government buildings. Additionally, they said trained staff will assist citizens throughout the process.
Musheerabad residents can visit the Domalguda Municipal Office. Malakpet voters can use the Government Quarters Municipal Office. Meanwhile, Amberpet and Goshamahal residents can visit the sixth and fourth floors, respectively, of the Abids Parking Complex.
SIR help desks cover all major Assembly constituencies
Khairatabad residents can use the first-floor help desk at the Khairatabad Municipal Office. Similarly, Karwan residents can visit the second floor of the same building.
Jubilee Hills voters can approach the centre near the Yousufguda Check Post. Likewise, Sanath Nagar residents can visit Hari Hara Kala Bhavan. Meanwhile, Nampally voters can use the help desk opposite the Sai Baba Temple at Gudimalkapur.
In the Old City, Charminar residents can visit the Moghalpura Municipal Office. Similarly, Chandrayangutta residents can approach the Jangammet Municipal Office. In addition, Yakutpura and Bahadurpura voters can use the counters at the Poolbagh Municipal Office.
Meanwhile, Secunderabad residents can visit the Municipal Office near the Secunderabad Court. Likewise, Cantonment residents can approach the CEO, Cantonment Board Office. Finally, the GHMC Commissioner’s Office near Tank Bund also houses a dedicated help desk.
Officials said the SIR help desks will guide voters at every stage. They also urged citizens to use the centres to avoid errors while submitting their forms.
