Revanth Reddy launches breakfast scheme for government school students

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy launched the breakfast scheme for students studying in government schools across Telangana and said the initiative would support student health, welfare and learning outcomes.

The Chief Minister inaugurated a Telangana Public School (TPS) at Arutla village in Manchala mandal of Rangareddy district. During the event, Revanth Reddy sat with students and shared breakfast with them. He also interacted with the children and enquired about their studies and school experience.

Meanwhile, the students enthusiastically engaged with the Chief Minister, making the inauguration a memorable occasion. The government said the breakfast programme aims to ensure that every child starts the school day with a nutritious meal. Furthermore, officials expect the scheme to improve student well-being and strengthen learning outcomes in government schools.

He joined the staff in preparing chapatis and interacted with the women chefs working at the facility. Moreover, the gesture reflected the government’s focus on the quality of meals served to students under the programme. The women staff expressed happiness over the Chief Minister’s visit and welcomed the opportunity to interact with him.

Later, officials highlighted the government’s efforts to strengthen public education through improved infrastructure and student welfare initiatives. The inauguration also showcased the broader vision behind the Telangana Public School model and the state’s focus on inclusive learning opportunities.
