Rajashekhar assumes charge as TGSRTC executive director

Hyderabad: Senior official M. Rajashekhar assumed charge as TGSRTC executive director (IT, Personnel, Asset Management and Legal) at Bus Bhavan in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

After taking charge, he met TGSRTC Managing Director V. Nagireddy and presented him with a bouquet.

Senior officials and staff members welcomed the new executive director and extended their congratulations.

TGSRTC executive director outlines digital service plans

Speaking after assuming office, Rajashekhar said the corporation would strengthen its IT wing to meet changing technological requirements.

He stated that TGSRTC would improve digital services such as ticket booking and live bus tracking.

According to him, the corporation would make these services more user-friendly and accessible to passengers.

Rajashekhar said technology-driven initiatives would help improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Furthermore, he stressed the importance of expanding digital services to meet the needs of a growing passenger base.

TGSRTC executive director focuses on administration and welfare

Rajashekhar said he would also oversee the personnel, asset management and legal departments.

In addition, he said the corporation would focus on enhancing revenue generation and improving operational performance.
