Ponnam Prabhakar reviews public grievances at Indira Bhavan

Hyderabad: Hyderabad In-charge Minister Ponnam Prabhakar conducted a public grievances review programme at Indira Bhavan in Gandhi Bhavan and received petitions from citizens on a range of issues.

During the face-to-face interaction, residents submitted representations concerning land disputes, double-bedroom housing and employment-related matters. The minister reviewed the complaints and interacted directly with those who attended the programme.

Ponnam Prabhakar immediately contacted officials regarding several grievances raised by the public. He directed the concerned departments to examine the complaints and initiate measures aimed at resolving the issues.

Public grievances review focuses on land and housing issues

A significant portion of the representations related to land matters and double-bedroom housing concerns. Employment-related grievances were also brought to the minister’s attention during the programme.

Officials were asked to take follow-up action on the complaints received and provide necessary assistance where required. The initiative formed part of the government’s outreach efforts to address public concerns through direct interaction with citizens.
