Hyderabad: The 16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show will take place from October 30 to November 1, 2026, at HITEX Exhibition Centre. The three-day exhibition will feature residential, commercial and retail properties, along with plotted developments from real estate companies.
NAREDCO Telangana announced the event on Thursday, October 22, outlining arrangements for developers, homebuyers, investors and financial institutions. The exhibition will run from 10 am to 8 pm at Hall No. 4 of HITEX Exhibition Centre.
Organisers said the event would provide opportunities for visitors to compare projects, meet developers and obtain information about property financing. The exhibition will bring together real estate developers, builders, government departments, financial institutions and allied industry representatives.
Participating companies will display apartments, villas, commercial spaces and plotted developments across different market segments. Additionally, building material suppliers and other industry participants will present products and services related to real estate development.
NAREDCO Telangana said the exhibition would allow buyers to examine property options across different budgets and requirements. The organisers also linked the event to Hyderabad’s expanding residential and commercial property markets.
According to the association, infrastructure development and growth in the information technology sector have supported demand for property. Moreover, expansion of global capability centres and investments in life sciences have contributed to development across emerging growth corridors.
Developers and banks to participate in exhibition
Several financial institutions will participate in the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show to provide information about housing finance. State Bank of India, Central Bank of India and IDBI Bank will be present to explain home loan and financing options.
Meanwhile, participating developers will provide details about their residential and commercial projects. NAREDCO Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the exhibition had developed into an important platform for the state’s property sector.
“The NAREDCO Telangana Property Show has grown into an important platform for the real estate sector in Telangana,” he said. He added that demand across residential and commercial segments had created opportunities for developers to engage with prospective buyers.
Secretary General R. Venkateswara Rao said visitors could compare projects and obtain information about financing arrangements. He said the exhibition would help homebuyers and investors assess available options according to their requirements.
NAREDCO officials highlight industry participation
Executive Vice President Kali Prasad Damera said the exhibition brought together stakeholders from different sections of the real estate industry. He acknowledged the support of sponsors, partners and member developers in organising successive editions.
Another Executive Vice President, K. Gopala Krishna, said participation from developers reflected changing market requirements. He also pointed to industry confidence in Hyderabad’s long-term real estate development.
Treasurer Kondala Sudhakar Reddy highlighted the importance of financial institutions at the exhibition. He said purchasing a home represented a major financial decision for families. Therefore, access to housing finance information could help buyers understand their options before making property decisions.
NAREDCO Telangana announced several sponsorship categories for the upcoming exhibition. Vasavi Group, Gangothri Infra Edge, Jayabheri Group and Anvita Group will participate as Powered By sponsors.

The exhibition will cover residential apartments, villas, plotted developments, retail spaces and commercial properties. Financial institutions will also provide information about home loans, while allied industry exhibitors will display related products and services.
NAREDCO Telangana, the organising association, has operated for 31 years and represents more than 350 real estate developers. It also has six affiliated organisations and works with the Telangana government on real estate policy and industry-related matters.
The association focuses on policy advocacy, technology adoption, service delivery improvements and sustainable urban development. It also works to support primary market demand and coordination between developers and government authorities.
