Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said on 30 October that works worth ₹74,000 crore have been designed for the development of Hyderabad and its surroundings. Projects worth ₹55,000 crore have already received sanction. He spoke at the inauguration of the 16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad. Vikramarka also serves as Telangana’s Minister for Finance and Planning and Energy.

He added that the state’s development is taking place on a very large scale, and NAREDCO members are actively taking part in it. “Through their contribution, they are playing a meaningful role in strengthening the state’s growth and revenue,” he said.
The show brings over 500 projects, financial institutions and allied industry stakeholders to the venue. Minister for SC, ST, and Welfare Adluri Laxman Kumar and T Bhanu Prasad Rao, Member of the Legislative Council from Karimnagar, also inaugurated the exhibition. NAREDCO Telangana members and other dignitaries joined them. The show is open to visitors on all three days, 30 October, 31 October and 1 November 2026.
The opening day drew leading developers, financial institutions and industry stakeholders. Visitors explored residential, commercial and plotted development projects across multiple locations in and around Hyderabad. The exhibition features apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial properties for homebuyers and investors. Participating financial institutions are guiding visitors on home loans and financing options.
Buyers meet developers and financial institutions
The exhibition gathers the region’s leading real estate developers under one roof. Prospective buyers can explore projects across various segments and budgets. They can also speak directly with developers and financial institutions, which helps them evaluate property choices and financing options.
Participating companies are showcasing a wide range of real estate offerings. Financial institutions, building material providers and allied industry participants are presenting products and services that support the wider real estate ecosystem.
NAREDCO Telangana President Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the show has become a significant platform for the real estate sector over the years. He said it brings industry stakeholders and consumers together through a shared commitment to growth and opportunity. The encouraging opening-day participation reflects the continued relevance of such platforms, he said. He added that the organisers look forward to a successful exhibition that generates meaningful engagement for exhibitors, homebuyers and investors.
Secretary General R. Venkateswara Rao said the show offers something for every requirement and budget. Visitors may be exploring their first home, looking to upgrade, evaluating investment opportunities or considering commercial real estate. With a wide range of projects and financing options under one roof, he said, attendees can compare offerings and make well-informed decisions.
Executive Vice President Kali Prasad Damera said the show has become an occasion the industry looks forward to every year. It brings together stakeholders from across the real estate value chain. He said the continued trust and support of sponsors, partners and member developers has helped the exhibition grow stronger with every edition.
Executive Vice President K Gopala Krishna said every edition reflects the evolving aspirations of Hyderabad’s real estate market. He called the growing participation from developers across segments encouraging. In his view, it highlights both the depth of the market and the industry’s confidence in the city’s long-term growth story.
Treasurer Kondala Sudhakar Reddy said a home purchase is often one of the most significant financial decisions for a family. The presence of leading financial institutions at the show reinforces the industry’s collective effort to make the home buying journey more accessible, transparent and convenient for customers, he said.
