MP Laxman joins Nasha Mukt Bharat cycling ride in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Rajya Sabha MP Dr. K. Laxman participated in the Nasha Mukt Bharat cycling ride in Hyderabad on Sunday. Organised by Akshara Spoorthy, the event aimed to educate young people about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promote a drug-free society.

The cycling ride began at Bala Hanuman Mandir in Seetarampet, within the Goshamahal Assembly constituency. Participants then travelled to the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel inside the Assembly premises, where the ride concluded.

The initiative sought to raise public awareness about the dangers of drug use. It also encouraged young people to reject substance abuse and adopt healthier lifestyles.
