Hyderabad: Minister for Labour, Employment, Training & Factories and Mines Dr. G. Vivek Venkatswamy handed over the TOMCOM Career Consultz MoU on Wednesday. He said the partnership would promote ethical, transparent and sustainable overseas employment for Telangana youth.
Vivek Venkatswamy, who also serves as Chairman of the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), said the State government remained committed to expanding global employment opportunities.
TOMCOM Managing Director A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, IAS, and Career Consultz Chief Executive Officer Meneni Rohith Rao signed the agreement. The TOMCOM Career Consultz MoU aims to strengthen international workforce mobility through skill development, language training, ethical recruitment and employer engagement.
The partnership will initially focus on employment opportunities in Japan, Germany, South Korea, Finland, Italy and Norway.

Meanwhile, Career Consultz will work with TOMCOM to identify, train and prepare candidates for overseas careers. It will provide career counselling, language training, interview preparation, documentation, visa assistance, overseas placements and post-arrival support.
Similarly, TOMCOM continues to connect skilled youth with quality international employment opportunities through workforce development initiatives and global partnerships.
Further, Vivek Venkatswamy said TOMCOM had strengthened Telangana’s overseas employment ecosystem by promoting ethical recruitment and expanding international collaborations. He said the organisation achieved this under his leadership and the administrative guidance of A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley.
Moreover, representatives of Career Consultz reaffirmed their commitment to supporting TOMCOM’s vision of responsible international workforce mobility. They expressed confidence that the partnership would create new global career opportunities for thousands of Telangana youth.
The programme was attended by Manakondur MLA Kavvampally Satyanarayana, TOMCOM General Manager Nagabharathi, TOMCOM officers Shabana and Anil, Japanese delegate Sayuri Matsuno, and senior officials and staff of Career Consultz.
